This beautiful Bastide is located above the city of Apt, in the centre of the Parc Naturel du Luberon, and consists of 3 gites with a total surface of 325 m2 (3.500 sqft), 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on a domain of nearly 6 hectares (15 acres).

This beautiful authentic Provencal Bastide ( original farm ) is located at the foot slopes of the Grand Lubéron, at only 2 km of the commercial centre of the City of Apt.
The property is surrounded by orchards with cherry trees , fields, meadows en woods, and lets you enjoy an absolute silence and rest.She offers a 360 degrees splendid view on the rocks of the Rocsalière, the plateau of the Vaucluse, the Mont Ventoux and the hills and valley of the Lubéron.
The property has an elegant and large swimming pool ( 14 m x 7,5 m ) with a perimeter overflow overlooking the valley, much space and several terraces with stunning views and sunsets, an ideal environment to enjoy life with beloved and friends.The Bastide has been renovated in 2004 to the highest standards and with full respect of the local flavour and transformated into 3 totally separated lodgings ( gîtes ), each for 6 people, of which one (le Tilleul) is perfectly adapted for people using wheelchairs.

This Lodging for 5 people is located on the ground floor, and has access to a large terrace in the shadow of a large lime tree ( le Tilleul ), equipped with terrace furniture (umbrella, table and 5 comfortable chairs and 2 relax-seats) and offering a beautiful view on the wooded hills of the Luberon.
The large living room ( 9 m x 4 m ) is equipped with a dining place, the living room with fire-place , a fully-equipped kitchen with dish-washer, fridge, deepfreeze, ceramic coking-plate, microwave oven and Senseo.
All doors have a width of 90 cm.

1 bunkbed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm)

1 bed (80 cm x 190 cm)

Bathroom*:

with WC and large shower (2 m x 1,5 m), is designed for wheel chair users

Facilities*:

Fireplace (casette), TV, DVD, hifi, internet connection, barbecue.

2 relaxation chairs for outdoor use.

Washhouse with washing machine, tumble drier and ice machine are to be shared with the other tenants.

*The arrangement "mini-Tilleul", for maximum 2 people, is only available outside the high season. You rent the complete lodging, except for  bedroom 2.

The Lodgement ‘’Le Cyprès’’ for 6 people is also situated on ground floor level and offers splendid views on Apt, the plateau of the Vaucluse, the Valley of Lubéron and even the Mont Ventoux. A huge Cypress marks the landscape at that side of the bastide.
The very large terraces are well equipped – large umbrella, table and 6 comfortable chairs and 2 relax-seats.
Very large living room ( 9,5m x 5m ) is fully equipped with a dining place, the living room with fire-place , a kitchen with dish-washer, fridge, deepfreeze, ceramic coking-plate, microwave, oven and senseo
The night hall with cabinet deserves a separate WC, the second bathroom and the children’s bedroom.

This gite for 6 people is accessed trough a large and easy exterior stairway that lands on two terraces with breathtaking views and a beautiful scenery overlooking the surrounding hills and Lubéron Valley up to the Mont Ventoux , some 50 km away.
The 2 very large terraces (12mx5m and 10mx5m ) are well equipped – large umbrella, table and 6 comfortable chairs and 2 relax-seats.
An exceptional spacious living room ( 9,5m x 5m under the roof  ) is fully equipped with a dining place, the living room with fire-place , a kitchen with dish-washer, fridge, deepfreeze, ceramic coking-plate, Senseo, microwave and oven, and offers the same breathtaking views thanks to 3 large windows.
The night hall deserves the bedrooms, a large bathroom and a separate WC.

The large swimming pool ( 14 m x 7,5 m) has at one side a perimeter overflow. The 100 sqm surrounding terrace is (temporarily) finished with white gravel.
The situation of the swimming pool has been designed such as to offer fantastic views over 360 degrees while resting in the deck chairs and overlooking the hills, the valley, the Mont Ventoux, and enjoying beautiful sunsets.

The geographical location is really the heart of the Provence.In the center of the Lubéron Valley and at walking distance of the centre of APT, the property is situated 50 km East from AVIGNON, and about 60 km North from AIX-EN –PROVENCE.The situation is ideal to visit a number of picturesque and worldfamous villages such as Gordes, Roussillon, Bonnieux, Lacoste, Ménerbes, Isle-sur-la -Sorgue … and to enjoy the unique scenery of the valley of the Lubéron.It is really worth the journey to visit the abbey of Sénanque, the Village of Bories, the castle of the Marquis de Sade, the okermines of Roussillon, the Fountain of Vaucluse…not to forget the typical Provencal Market in APT every Saturday-morning.
